Petra is a researcher, lecturer and guarantor of economic and managerial subjects in healthcare at FBMI CTU. Her professional career began at Deloitte as an assistant auditor. Subsequently, she cooperated with major manufacturers of medical devices in the Czech Republic, especially in the field of cost optimization and streamlining processes. Her areas of professional interest include performing cost analyzes within the HB-HTA, using Lean Management tools in healthcare or evaluating the life cycle of medical devices.
