Anna has been a member of the CzechHTA team since 2018. She is studying for a doctoral degree in  Biomedical and Clinical Engineering at the Faculty of Biomedical Engineering of the Czech Technical University in Prague. It focuses primarily on the evaluation of medical devices and research into patient preferences using Health Technology Assessment (HTA) methods. He has knowledge in the field of regulation and risk analysis of medical devices and related legislation and technical standards. As part of his dissertation, he deals with the evaluation of patient preferences with a focus on oncology. He also has knowledge in the field of modeling clinical and cost-effectiveness according to technical, operational and other parameters of instrumentation.
