doc. Dr.Rer.Nat. Aleš Tichopád
Aleš is an associate professor and leader in the CzechHTA team. He has been working on HTA and health economics since 2003. He also works on anonymization of health data and its analysis using artificial intelligence. Between 2001 and 2013 he was involved in the development of molecular diagnostic methods based on real-time PCR, especially algorithms for working with data. He has been working in the CzechHTA team with a three-year break since 2013. Previously, he worked in international research organizations IMFORM (now Premier Research), Kendle (now Syneos Health) and CEEOR (from 2015 to 2018 Kantar Health). Aleš received his PhD in Life Science from the Technical University of Munich in 2004. He has authored more than 50 international publications in impacted journals with more than 5000 citations.
