Lukáš graduated from the Faculty of Pharmacy of the Charles University in Hradec Králové. He gained professional experience first in the field of Regulatory Affairs and Clinical Development, then in the private sector he focused on market access, pharmacoeconomics, HTA and working with health data. In his work, he combines pharmaceutical education with practical experience with data analytics and orientation in the Czech reimbursement environment. He participated in the preparation of pharmacoeconomic documents for administrative proceedings and in analytical reporting on the data of NRHZS and insurance companies in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. As part of the research team, he participates in the creation of health care quality indicators in the Czech Republic (especially in the field of cardiology) and the product-data development of a tool for displaying patient trajectories.
